Chris has a total of 50 years of experience in the Motor Trade with both Main dealerships and his own company SGT. He brought with him extensive knowledge on a broad range of vehicles including Honda, Land Rover, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Lotus, Morgan, BMW and Alfa Romeo – to name but a few! He prides himself on providing excellent customer service and this is at the heart of everything that he and the experienced team at SGT do.
Outside of work: Chris enjoys music, singing and fishing - not all at the same time!

Sandra has worked in both fast lane Corporate life and also owned her own businesses in her long career. More recently she spent 20 years as a regional Sales and marketing Director in the Housebuilding sector – but has always had an obsessive love of cars – and now sits alongside her Brother Chris as a Director at SGT. Having had a background in a very male dominated industry previously - she will continue to ensure that female customers don’t feel intimidated at SGT and that they are welcomed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Outside of work: Sandra enjoys music, singing and cars – often all at the same time!

Amarjit is a truly seasoned motor trade professional with more 40 years industry experience – joining SGT back in 1989 – where he qualified as an Alfa Romeo Master Technician and he still loves his Alfas! He is a keen problem solver and loves nothing more than a diagnostic challenge he can get his teeth into. He is the unflappable face of the workshop and is always happy to talk to our customers.
Outside of work Amarjit is keen on DIY home improvements

Carl has been working in the motor industry for 45 years and prides himself on quality workmanship and his depth of knowledge on virtually any make of car - which makes him invaluable to us. He has specialised in Alfa Romeo, Mitsubishi, Vauxhall, Peugeot and BMW but has a broad knowledge of many more gained over the years.
Outside of work Carl likes to relax watching TV

Frank joined SGT in 2001, having been a BMW specialist for 11 years previously and has gained a good all round knowledge of an extensive range of vehicles and is a very experienced member of the SGT team. He enjoys the challenge of diagnosing technical problems and is more than happy to talk through issues and solutions with our customers.
Outside of work Frank enjoys swimming and motor sports

Dom is a younger member of the team and joined SGT (and his Dad Carl) more recently to help us expand for the future. He has previous experience in tyre fitting and mechanical repairs and is looking to expand his knowledge with us. He has a keen interest in car modifications and improvements.
Outside of work Dom enjoys Airsoft and attending car shows

Favourite car would be any BMW
Ali joined the SGT team 6 years ago from a motor consumables and car care products company. Prior to this she spent 14 years as a Special Educational Needs Assistant working with children and young adults. Ali co-ordinates all of the jobs going in and out of repair shop and provides excellent customer service with her straightforward, no nonsense, honest approach, which our customers love.
Outside of work Ali enjoys long walks with her dog and cycling

Sharon is responsible for our management accounts and pay-role and has done work for SGT since 2012 – being self-employed for more than 20 years. She brings with her a wealth of accounting experience from a wide range of industries.
Outside of work Sharon enjoys going to the Gym and walking her dog

Lucy joined the SGT team more recently in 2020 and is responsible for general book keeping duties and invoicing. She fits her role around caring for her 2 small children, who keep her busy.
